Returns Eligibility

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at returns@domea.store with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided on the bottom of this page.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Accepted within 30 days.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
